Revelations on a Limerick Street
Brown grey, the streets meander
Over waters seeking sea
I walking, amble aimless
As if anywhere else to be
Would be as good
In that moment
In that place I realized
Its where you are in your heart and head that matters
More sprightly now, being surprised
I walked on, up a narrow backstreet
For no reason, just on a whim
I walked streets on a dat that now seemed more pleasant
That to that moment appeared a little grim.
