Pannonia in Peace and War
These plains wide watered
By seasons rains from the sky
Bringing life to earth.
These plains wide watered
By mans blood shed in wars long
Bringing death to earth.
Long after man’s gone
The rains will continue to fall
And life will go on.
Rain brings life, not death
Mans only contribution.
Is death from his wars
His technology
Brings pollution, destruction
Waste, death of nature
But when man is gone
Nature is reborn, anew
Look at Chernobyl.
