Christmas Eve at the Hospital
Everybody was getting drowsy, drinking coffee to keep awake,
Planning to get kebabs and chips, eating biscuits to beat the band,
Idly scanning the CCTV when all of a sudden a shape was seen…
It looked like reindeer and a sleigh, with a waving hand…
There was no Garda helicopter, in a flash the image was gone…
It looked like Santa was scouting about…
To see all the good kids were in bed at home…
Not on the streets running about.
Security swear they saw him, have a photo it to prove…
Others think too much caffeine they had drank…
Either way, enjoy your Christmas…
