The laws of God are long forgotten
\nWhere the value and worth of things were made real
\nAll mans cares for now is profit
\nLives not by Moses commandment – Thou shalt not steal.<\/p>\n
Was it for this these brave men died?
\nWe pray today, we pass their graves
\nAs a nation is set to the market of wolves
\nSet to be chained as economic slaves?<\/p>\n
Was it for this the Wall came down
\nTorn by brave souls to free Berlin
\nSo that Germany could call itself master
\nAnd wreck other nations by their whims?<\/p>\n
But we believed capitalism’s lie
\nAnd let it be to our eternal shame
\nWe turned from the laws of God
\nAnd so we all are to blame<\/p>\n
But that is so, what can we do?
\nWe can win – stand together, that’s how
\nMan by man, and state by state
