In learning to live she nearly lost her life
\nTaught to world to love to learn
\nWhich is ignorant of a global reality
\nWhere girls who for education yearn,
\nAre forced from school not by resources
\nBut at gunpoint, flee from fear!
\nYet in the west education is derided…
\nThanks to the freedom that we have here
\nWhere what we have freely is not respected
\nFor its worth it is little known…
\nShe, she showed the world educations worth
\nAnd strength from the ordeal she has known.<\/p>\n

But now! Better news… normality!
\nShe as a wife herself now does call…
\nShowing you can have education and family…
\nWomen – they CAN have it all!
\nInshallah may they have the children they desire,
\nShe who showed by example and did not preach
\nWho nearly died for the love of learning
\nHad less to learn from the world than to teach!<\/p>\n
