In those days Spain had a motto
\nNon Plus Ultra, believing there was nothing more
\nNow, having discovered America,
\nIts Plus Ultra, unlike that it was before.<\/p>\n

Today on earth, we look to they sky
\nThat motto of Spain could be for our planet
\nShould we life find in another world
\nWill there be a Galway connection to it?<\/p>\n

What of those there, will they live to rue
\nThe sight of our approaching ships
\nAs we bring God, civilization and freedom as Columbus did
