rather are regressive.<br \/>\nWho matters more, the opinion of a stranger<br \/>\nThat we are cool, or the small hand of our own blood?<br \/>\nWho think we are the world for we are all of theirs<br \/>\nWe scorn this because others say we should.<\/p>\n<p>So we can have careers and make profits for firms<br \/>\nWho want billions instead of millions, and we race<br \/>\nUntil we die, owning more than we could ever pay<br \/>\nThe banks close in, our kin have nothing, we have no place.<br \/>\nEven a grave is a luxury: though not in Ireland yet<br \/>\nBut what is Europe today is Ireland tomorrow<br \/>\nImagine, your children may not get to see<br \/>\nThe place where you were laid in times of plenty and of sorrow.<\/p>\n<p>Every family needs to own their own home<br \/>\nIts common sense, not communism<br \/>\nOur home is not an assett to be rented forever<br \/>\nWe are not slaves to the gods of capitalism.<br \/>\nWhen times our faith was forbidden, the quiet word given<br \/>\nRegister as Protestant, worship, or you will be marked in<br \/>\nIn times to come, freedom to be Catholic will come again<br \/>\nTo do so is no crime against man and to God is no sin.<\/p>\n<p>Why not each partner works half of a week<br \/>\nYet each be seen as working a full time job<br \/>\nYet take their turns at keeping a parent always in the family home<br \/>\nThe best arms to cradle a child when they sob.<br \/>\nIn times of hardship, we did not drift, abandon and walk away<br \/>\nWhen things got hard, or harder then they were in 98&#8230;<br \/>\nNo, they thought different, and we should think like they<br \/>\nOnly then can Ireland, America and the world be great!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;Thats 1798 thinking&#8221;
