Aylan Kurdi will be forgotton by the media, in time, as their only intrest is making money. Their mood switches with the popular take of the day, and they will sell using whatever headlines that will make money. Peoples horror is real, but the medias is fake.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The cynical switching of the media on the refugee crisis from keep them out to let them in after the photogenic image of the dead boy changed the mublic mood shows how mercenry the media is. As with Neda Soltani, he will be forgotten in time, and the issue of immigrants will fade from the news…<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Flotsam in the waters washed to shore
\nThis is not rubbish or a toy
\nOr a fish or fishing net
\nIts a body – its a boy!<\/p>\n

Its not a whale to be buried there
\nBy well meaning volunteers
\nIts a photograph, an image, an icon
\nTo bring to the worlds eyes tears.<\/p>\n

One face, to give a face to thousands
\nTo speak for thousands, and thousands of lips one name
\nFor a while the mood will last
\nThen all will forget who and why came.<\/p>\n

There once were protesters on Irans streets
\nOne girl, photogenic, shot in the head
\nToday, the protesters still jailed, and the dead forgotten
\nWe laud the nuclear deal instead.<\/p>\n

His name is Aylan, her name was Neda
\nHe who is described as is will soon be was
\nFor he is news, and news is money
\nMoney is the reason because<\/p>\n

The headlines scream to keep them out
\nOh, the money made from the papers that sell
\nThe mood changes to “Let them in”
\nThe papers sell well with that slogan as well.<\/p>\n

Its all headlines, its all news
\nFor state nor victims the media do not care
\nHe is a human, as was she, where dead they lay
