Some love the cats, yet others fear
\nSay spirits evil dwell within
\nThe cat, she to them does appear
\nPersonification of sin
\nImpurity, selfishness, ill
\nThe cat silent she slinks about
\nSneaky, a slave to her own will
\nFilth she licks to clean with her mouth
\nHead rubbing’s friendships offered not
\nIs a sign you to her belong
\nThat’s their nature, all they have got
\nThem, they know it not, right from wrong
\nI love cats, they are as they are
